- Test/interviewء of eligible candidatesء residingء outside the Islamabadء/Rawalpindi region and vicinityء will be conducted via audio/video ءconferencing at the nearestء possible location of the candidates (Karachi, Lahore, Quetta andء Peshawar).
- Applicationء processing fee @ Rs. 500/- may be deposited in the online A/Cء No. 17427900133401 of HEC, maintainedء for the purpose, in Habib ءBank Ltd and a proof of the receipt may ءbe uploaded on https://careers.hec.gov.pk.
- Those already ءin Government Service shouldء apply through proper ءchannel. Five (5) years general age ءrelaxation already included. Furtherء age relaxation will be given asء per Government rules.
- The ءexperience ءas part-time, honorary, ءapprentice and internee (as a ءpart of the study) will not be ءconsidered/counted as experience.
- HEC ءreserves the right to reject any or all the ءapplications withoutء assigning any reason as well as to ءincrease/decrease the number of ءvacancies as per requirement.
